From Runic Games, which includes former team members involved with Diablo, Hellgate: London, and Mythos, comes their new game called Torchlight. This looks like a fantastic Diablo style game with colorful graphics, and it picked up a lot of hype from the RPG players at the E3 expo.
Probably the only negative of this game is that it has no online component, so it’s single player only for now. But, Runic Games states that they’ll have an MMO based on Torchlight out within 18 months of the release of the single player game so expect it from these guys in 2011, and it’ll be free to play online!
